These heaters are specially designed for use in hot runner systems for plastic injection molding.
The heaters provide excellent heat transfer and easy installation, as they do not require retainers along the length of the body. The heaters are simply pressed into the bore and are ready for operation.
Flexible heaters with square or “D” cross-section guarantee perfect stability inside the bore and optimal contact, ensuring efficient heat transfer from all sides of the heater.

REFLEX D Heaters – D-Shape with Metal Braided Cable
REFLEX D heaters by Rotfil are designed with a special D-shaped geometry optimized for installation in round channels. HFH Heaters with Segmented Elements
HFH heaters with segmented elements are flexible tubular electric heaters designed for installation in channels of industrial molds and manifolds. They are constructed from a resistive wire (NiCr) insulated with magnesium oxide and protected by a metal sheath, ensuring good thermal conductivity and electrical insulation.
The segmented (“vertebrae-type”) construction allows the heater to be bent and shaped according to the geometry of the heated component. They are most commonly used in injection molds and hot runner systems, where precise and uniform heating is required.
