How Does AIRTECT Work?
The systems use small amounts of low-pressure air flowing through sensor tubes made of stainless steel and silicone rubber.
In the event of a plastic leak, the airflow is restricted or interrupted. The system detects this change and generates a signal that can be used to trigger an alarm or automatically stop the machine before serious damage occurs.
